Our motto is 'To converse without stiffness, sharing irreplaceable moments alongside delicious cuisine.' We cherish traditional French culinary techniques, incorporating fresh seafood sourced from Shinshu through our unique channels, aiming to create dishes that embody simple yet exquisite flavors. Depending on the season, our dishes may also feature herbs and vegetables cultivated by the chef himself.

埼玉県出身。大阪あべの辻調理師専門学校卒業。22歳で渡仏。ミシュラン星付きレストラン数店で働き、帰国後ベージュアラン・デュカス東京に勤務する。再渡仏し、Au 14 Février(フランス)、Tribeca(イタリア)、パリのタイユヴァンで修行後、2013年に帰国し軽井沢に移住。ピレネーにてシェフ、クレソンリバーサイドストーリー総料理長を経て、2023年、ルジェンド軽井沢のエグゼクティブシェフに就任。
Born in Saitama. He graduated from Osaka's Abeno-Tsuji Culinary School. At 22, he ventured to France, gaining experience at several Michelin-starred restaurants before returning to Japan to work at Beige Alain Ducasse Tokyo. He subsequently returned to France to further his culinary journey, training at Au 14 Février (France), Tribeca (Italy), and Taiyouvan in Paris. In 2013, he settled in Karuizawa upon his return to Japan. After honing his skills as a chef in the Pyrenees and serving as head chef at Cresson Riverside Story, he assumed the role of Executive Chef at Lugend Karuizawa in 2023.
